Darin Moon is the co-owner, Managing Broker, and Chief Executive Officer of Sycamore Realtors LLC. He leads the company alongside his wife and business partner, Jenna Moon, who serves as Chief Financial Officer. Together, they oversee both the brokerage side of the business under Sycamore Realtors and the property management operations through Sycamore Management, creating a seamless experience for clients across the full lifecycle of real estate ownership.


Darin has been involved in real estate since 2020, when he became a licensed agent. Shortly after in 2021 he began his career by investing in and managing both short-term and long-term rental properties. From the outset, his focus has been on investment-minded real estate, with particular expertise in short-term rentals and buy-and-hold strategies. This hands-on experience has shaped his approach to real estate — not simply as a broker, but as an owner and operator who understands what it takes for properties to perform over time.


In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Darin brings valuable firsthand experience as an active investor. He currently owns and manages 16 rental units through his own investing and working with business partners, giving him a clear understanding of the responsibilities, risks, and rewards that come with property ownership. This perspective allows him to guide clients with honesty and clarity, helping them evaluate whether a property truly supports their financial goals and long-term plans.


Darin works with a wide range of clients, including families, individual investors, and property owners from across the country and internationally. He regularly partners with Airbnb hosts, long-term rental owners, and clients looking to buy and sell existing properties or purchase new construction homes. While Sycamore Realtors is based in Westfield, Indiana, Darin serves clients throughout the greater Indianapolis area and north as far as Marion Indiana.


At the heart of Darin’s work is a belief that real estate is a significant decision and should ultimately work for the people who own it. Whether someone is purchasing a forever home or their first investment property, his goal is to help clients make wise, well-informed choices they can feel confident about for years to come. He values transparency, patience, and a long-term perspective, and is known for offering guidance rooted in experience and care.


Outside of real estate, Darin is a devoted husband and father who places a strong emphasis on family. He enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing new adventures, and he brings that same intentionality into his leadership of Sycamore Realtors and Sycamore Management. Through both companies, Darin strives to build a business grounded in trust, stewardship, and genuine relationships.

Tony McIntire is a licensed real estate agent with Sycamore Realtors LLC, serving clients throughout Hamilton County and the greater Indianapolis area. With a professional background rooted in relationship-based sales and client service, Tony brings a steady and thoughtful approach to real estate. He is focused on clarity, trust, and helping people make confident, well-informed decisions.


Tony received his real estate license in 2025 after more than a decade of experience working closely with clients in a consultative sales environment. That experience shaped his belief that the best outcomes come from listening first, communicating clearly, and following through with consistency. He approaches real estate not as a fast transaction, but as an important life decision that deserves care, patience, and attention to detail.


Tony works with both buyers and sellers, most often helping families through important life transitions such as purchasing a first home, upsizing for a growing family, or preparing for the next stage of life. He recognizes that real estate decisions involve far more than just a house, reflecting timing, priorities, and personal goals. Tony focuses on clear communication and honest guidance so clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.


Having lived in Noblesville for over 13 years, Tony is proud to raise his family in the same community he serves. His local knowledge, combined with a calm, approachable demeanor, allows him to advocate effectively for clients while keeping the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. He is known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in the people he works with.
